Optimise label designs for warehouse labels

If you opt for multilevel and multicoloured rack labels, we recommend using level colours. You place the level colours on each beam levelto facilitate colour recognition. Do you work with man-up trucks? If that is the case, we can also add a barcode, data matrix or QR code to the design for easy scanning.

Working with colour-coded labels boosts speed and efficiency. But did you know that a proper design of eye-readable text on labels can also play a part?

The more characters the text contains, the more the brain has to make an effort to read the text. This is why we always recommend keeping the text as simple as possible. You can include dashes, dots and other punctuation in the barcode, but keep the text as clear and readable as possible.
